About the T-25 tractor

The T-25 is a universal wheeled tractor produced in several modifications since 1966. It is used for pre-sowing soil cultivation, sowing, planting vegetables, inter-row cultivation of vegetable crops and orchards, hay harvesting, and other agricultural and transport works. The tractor is also utilized for loading and unloading as well as road work. Over the past 53 years, more than 800,000 entrepreneurs have decided to buy a T-25.

Technical specifications

The T-25 tractor has 6 reverse and 2 slow-speed gears, and a mechanical transmission. The T-25 is rear-wheel drive only (4x2). It is equipped with a power take-off (PTO) shaft and a pulley for working with stationary equipment.

Modifications

Starting in 1973, the Kharkiv Tractor Plant began producing an updated model of the tractor—the T-25A. It features improved internal combustion engine characteristics (25 hp instead of 20). The mass of the new machine is 1,780 kg. The T-25A is equipped with a D21A two-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled diesel engine. However, a T-25 can be purchased at a lower cost than a T-25A.

The high-clearance T-25K tractor was also developed based on the T-25 model. Its primary purpose is the cultivation of high-stem crops. The machine's clearance is 1,500 mm, and the track width is 2,800 mm.
